Mustang Kings Triumph: Claim Top Spot at Walker Bay Darts Club
Mustang Kings faced off against Dark Horse 2 in the gold division semi-finals, while Gansbaai Engineering 1 competed against Captain Chaos. Mustang Kings and Gansbaai Engineering 1 emerged victorious, advancing to the final. Maintaining their undefeated streak this season, Mustang Kings secured their top spot with an impressive 10-3 win. Congratulations to Boeta Wessels, the captain, and his team: Anton Dumas, Riaan Basson, Adrian Parish, and Rupert Roux.
Gansbaai Engineering 1 took the runner-up position in the gold division, with Captain Fred de Pauw leading team members Johan Geldenhuys, Arrie Swart, Andre, and Ben.
In the silver division, Guns’ n Roses competed against Gansbaai Engineering 2, and Dominators took on Mustang Jacks in the semi-finals. Guns’ n Roses and Dominators advanced to the final, where Guns’ n Roses clinched the silver title with an 11-7 victory - well done to the Guns’ n Roses team: Captain Sonja van Rensburg, Riaan van Staden, Yanka Mans, Martin van Staden, and Johan van Staden.
Dominators finished as silver division runners-up, with Captain Yolandi Swart and teammates Christo Swart, Lee Anne Britz, Jason, and Matthew Britz. Mustang Queens met Dark Horse 1 in the bronze division final and secured a solid 13-6 victory. Kudos to Captain Yolanda Brand and her team: Belinda Potgieter, Marinda, Maryna, Felicity, and Melanie.
