Anyone with a library card can enjoy free access to the catalogue available through the Western Cape Library Service.
Non-members who want to access the e-resources, must first join their local library and will be able to make use of the mobile service after five working days.
The Libby App allows patrons to enjoy their books on several mobile devices or desktop computers.
All it takes is installing Overdrive's Libby App on your smart device (overdrive.com/apps/libby/) and follow the instructions to borrow the title you want.
Just log into Libby using your library credentials.
When you log in, simply use the full number on your library card as your username and your date of birth - dd.mm.yyyy (include full stops) - as your password. (Use the full number; some libraries have 13 digits and others 14 or 15).
