Fritz the Tortoise and Gansbaai’s Glow-Up!
A huge THANK YOU to BJ for another fantastic mural for the Gorgeous Gansbaai Arts Project - our 11th one! Today, BJ begins our 12th mural at the Gansbaai Market to make our town even more beautiful. And guess what? Mural number 13 is coming soon at LekkerBek - stay tuned!
Meet Fritz the Tortoise! Found in Dirkie Uys Street at the new pet shop, he’s already a local favourite. Stop by, snap a photo, and show him some love! We protect what we love, and our tortoises are a special part of Gansbaai that we must take care of.
Today, the GGAP team is adding new photographic art around town - keep an eye out for the fresh designs on our planters! Soon, new plants will be added, thanks, Riaan!
To brighten up Gansbaai for Easter, we've also painted the lampposts in different colours along the main road. Have you spotted them yet?
