Treat Mom to a Special Mother’s Day Lunch
This Mother’s Day, we’re rolling out the red carpet (and definitely not the dirty dishes).

On 28 March 2026 from 20h30 to 21h30, the Great White House Restaurant will join millions around the world for Earth Hour by switching off our lights for one hour.
During this time, our dining room will be lit by candlelight. It is a simple moment to pause, reflect, and connect with each other and the world around us.
Why Earth Hour Matters
Earth Hour is more than turning off the lights. It is a gesture that highlights the need to protect our environment and take action for a sustainable future. Around the world, people, businesses and landmarks take part to show that small actions can make a difference.
At the Great White House, caring for our oceans and environment is part of who we are. We source our ingredients responsibly and our menu reflects this with sustainable choices like kelp and seaweed that celebrate the ocean without harming it.
A Candlelight Dining Experience
During Earth Hour, our full à la carte menu will be available. Come and enjoy your favourite meals by candlelight.
It is a chance to slow down, enjoy conversation and appreciate why our planet matters.
