Our fish is locally sourced from line-caught fisheries, not only supporting small-scale fishermen but also reducing environmental impact. Our abalone served is from responsibly farmed abalone. We do this so you can enjoy your meal, knowing that what’s on your plate is not only fresh and delicious but also responsibly sourced.
South African abalone, or perlemoen, is renowned for its exceptional quality and is responsibly cultivated through sustainable farming practices rather than wild harvesting.
We recommend pairing it with a glass of Lomond SVV, a perfect complement to this locally sourced delicacy.
