With spring season officially launching, we have decided to challenge the Gansbaai Community for a triathlon. Teams of 3, members as well as non-members are welcome!

3 Challengers - 3 Machines - 1 Challenge | 500m Rower, 1000m Air Bike, 250m Assault Runner

We challenge anyone and everyone to come and do this challenge. YOU DO NOT have to be a Health & Active member to come and do the challenge. Just set a time with the reception and come and enjoy our facility!
