Reflecting on a year of transformation, Director Nosabata Nodlodo celebrates i-MED Africa’s commitment to health and well-being.
We’re thrilled to share that over 200 children have completed our 9-part emotional skills project! Through creative exercises, they’re learning how to transform anxious or angry “dragons” into calm, content ones. By crafting fun "breathing dragons" that “blow fire” when they exhale, these kids are mastering breath control to help regulate their emotions.
A simple yet powerful tool to help them take charge of their nervous system and find calm from within!
