Empowering Health with Nature: i-MED Africa in Action!

This week, our dedicated health promoters are out in the community, sharing essential knowledge about medicinal plants and health resources. The focus? Sage! Known for its powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits, sage is a natural remedy for soothing coughs and sore throats.

Each community member receives a medicinal plant, ensuring access to these free, effective remedies. One of our garden club members has even created a beautiful medicinal garden, where sage, chamomile, and wormwood thrive!
