First Harvest Joy!
The very first harvest from the Hub Garden is out, and it’s looking great!
This courageous young girl from a local primary school joined us at i-MED Africa after experiencing bullying and battling anxiety. Through a range of fun, supportive activities, she’s learned to recognize what she can control and has practiced grounding techniques to manage overwhelming feelings.
Together, we also created a wonderful "worry pet" - a special little companion who’s always there to listen and “gobble up” her worries, providing her with a safe space to release them.
At i-MED Africa, we’re proud to walk alongside young warriors like her, offering tools and support to help them grow stronger each day.
