Last week, Bongeka reminded us why sour fig is such a powerful natural remedy for skin problems. From burns and rashes to stings and cuts, this little plant does it all!

All of our health promoters have completed our year-long health promotion programme. But leaders like JamJam and Lolona keep learning and growing so they can give the best care to their neighbours.
