We held a community workshop at the i-MED Health Centre with the theme Healing Mind, Body, and Garden.

Participants learned simple ways to calm their minds and bodies, discovered the benefits of using a simple onion compress for earache, and explored organic gardening practices.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us in learning, sharing, and growing together.
