Business Information


Lloyd Koppel’s interest in photography was sparked when he first picked up a digital camera while he was working at Disney World in Orlando, Florida in 2004. After three years of working, travelling and taking photos overseas, Lloyd returned to South Africa in 2007 and hopped onto the shark cage diving boats in Gansbaai where he worked as a videographer. This is where his passion for videography was born.

Lloyd’s work has taken him to exotic destinations such as the Serengeti in Tanzania, the Sabi Sands in the Kruger National Park and remote sunkissed private islands in Seychelles. He has travelled the highways and byways of South Africa with top bloggers as arranged directly by South African Tourism.

He lives with his wife Kasia, in De Kelders, Gansbaai and lists bodyboarding, diving, mountain biking and being outdoors with his two dogs as his favourite pastimes.

What to Expect

Lloyd will spend one, two or three nights with you depending on the package you select. This allows for a few sunsets and sunrises as well as ample time to film your establishment, popular activities and attractions in the area. Content in your video will showcase the very best of your establishment's rooms, bathrooms, communal areas as well as the views and scenery. Time will also be spent on capturing popular attractions and activities in your town.

Once the shoot is completed, you will be shown a website where you can select royalty free music that will be used as the soundtrack for your video. A draft will be presented to you within one week and you will have the opportunity to review the content and request any changes.

After final edits have been made, your video will be ready to upload and share with the world Lloyd uses WeTransfer to upload HD files to you.
