Location: Gansbaai, South Africa
Dive site: Joubertsdam
Water temp: Moderate
Visibility: Poor
Sightings: Bronze whaler sharks, Cape Cormorant, Short-tailed stingray
Summary: After a few days of not going out at sea due to bad weather conditions, we are back and ready for what the day will bring. Leaving Kleinbaai Harbour behind, we made our way to our local dive site. Once we anchored the vessel, everyone got geared up into their wetsuits and we got the first divers to jump into the cage. There were plenty of Bronze whaler sharks that came through to greet the divers in the cage, and a juvenile cape cormorant that was curious about the divers as well. A short-tailed stingray made an appearance as well, ending the day on a lovely note. It was outstanding having you guys all on board today. Thank you for joining us.
