Red Wine Oxtail
Celebrate the season with this tender, slow-cooked lamb, infused with garlic and oregano.

Looking for a dish that's as delightful as it is easy to make? This salad is bursting with fresh flavours and vibrant colours. It’s the ultimate balance of sweet and salty flavours that will pair perfectly with practically any summer meal (or all on its own, straight out of the bowl - we won’t judge). It can be made in just a few minutes and is sure to be a winner at a casual braai or dinner party. Plus, the kids will love it too!
• 2 cups Watermelon balls
• 2 cups Sweet Melon cubes
• 1 cup Rosa Tomatoes
• 1 to 2 Cucumbers, cut into cubes
• 1 to 2 Avocados, cut into cubes
• ⅓ cup Black or Kalamata Olives
• ¼ Red Onion, optional
• 230g Feta, crumbled
• Salt and Pepper
• 2 tbsp fresh Herbs
Honey Lemon Vinaigrette
• 2 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
• 2 tbsp freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
• 2 tbsp Honey
• 1 tsp Mustard
• 1 Garlic Clove, freshly grated
• ¼ tsp Salt
• ¼ tsp Pepper
• ½ cup Olive Oil
1. Chop all your fruits, as preferred.
2. Make the dressing as directed below.
3. Assemble the sweet melon, watermelon, cucumber, tomatoes, avocado, and feta in a dish.
4. There is no right way to do this! You can throw everything in a bowl, spread it out in a tetris pattern on a plate, or layer it.
5. Sprinkle everything with salt and pepper.
6. Drizzle with the dressing and garnish with the fresh herbs.
7. Serve and enjoy!
Honey Lemon Vinaigrette
1. Whisk together the mustard, honey, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper until combined. Stream in the olive oil while whisking.
