METHOD
Mix all the sauces with a little water to make a thick gravy. Rub chicken pieces with oil and salt. Place in a medium casserole dish, pour on sauce, dot with butter and close the lid. Bake with a closed lid at 180°C for 90 minutes. Remove the lid for the last 15 minutes to brown the chicken. Serve with rice, salad and/or peas.
