Red Wine Oxtail
Celebrate the season with this tender, slow-cooked lamb, infused with garlic and oregano.
There are a number of different brownie recipes available, and some are more complicated than others. This however is not one of them. Quick. Easy. Scrumptious.
1. Preheat oven to 175° C and grease a medium baking pan.
2. Melt the peanut butter in a microwave or on the stove and mash the bananas with a fork.
3. Combine the melted peanut butter, mashed bananas, pecan nuts and cocoa powder in a large bowl and mix well for form a batter.
4. Pour the batter into your baking pan and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
5. Once the brownies have cooled, garnish with chopped strawberries.
TIPS
The brownies are kept in an airtight container in the refrigerator, it will stay fresh for up to a week.
