Recipe: Durban Mutton Curry
If there’s anyone in South Africa that knows how to make a decent curry, it has to be a Durbanite.
Welcome to chocolate heaven. Made chop-chop, it doesn't get much sweeter than these choc choc brownies.
• 185g Chocolate
• 120g Cut chocolate pieces
• 185g Butter
• 3 Eggs
• 275g OK Housebrand sugar
• 80g Flour
• 40g Cocoa powder
Directions:
1. Melt chocolate and butter together in the microwave.
2. Whisk 3 eggs and brown sugar until tripled in size and add melted chocolate to egg & sugar mixture. Add flour and cocoa powder and fold until no lumps or flour remain. Add chocolate pieces and fold again.
3. Transfer mixture into a brownie pan and bake for 25 min at 180°C. Cut into squares and garnish to your liking. Voila!
