Organic Wines at the Deli...

"It is my mission to create quality and affordable organic wines whilst caring for the earth and its inhabitants".  So says Sophie Germanier herself.

Her journey in wine began when she was a young girl having been exposed to wine through her father who was a winemaker and businessman in Switzerland. His passion and love for wine was contagious, which encouraged her to follow in his footsteps.

In 2014 she moved to South Africa to run the family business and was then encapsulated by all aspects of the wine industry from farming organically to exporting globally. She is passionate about the environment and believes that organic practices play a vital role in sustainability and the longevity of the wine industry.

Then in 2020, she created her own brand called Organic Wine by Sophie Germanier.

Her vision is to have consumers choose to drink wine that is conscious about the environment and society as a whole. Through the creation of organic, sustainable wines that place quality and consciousness at the forefront of their values, Organic by Sophie Germanier is striving towards that vision.
