Why deli-dining?

Well, while it's true that you sit at a table to eat fine cuisine as you would in any good restaurant, the deli-dining differences begin long before you get here.

In an ordinary restaurant, the chef will decide what he's going to prepare, then order and stock up on all the ingredients.

For deli-dining, we use the items and ingredients you see on the shelves or in the chillers to create the dishes we serve.
