Some of you will remember that it began with the arrival of the pasta making machine, quickly followed by the search for the exact flour needed to make the perfect pasta. This was a search that took 6 months, but we found it, and we still use it today... a choice without compromise.

When you browse our shelves you will see hundreds of authentic products, made by the original manufacturers and imported directly to the Deli from all over the world. We never cut corners or settle for cheap copies.
