• Must have own reliable transport.
• Will be required to work weekdays and weekends/alternative days off.
• Understand full kitchen operation from orders/stock take / getting orders out on time/general supervision of kitchen staff.
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• Work experience essential with contactable references.
