Break Free from Familiarity
Familiarity isn’t always safe. Sometimes, it’s the trap that keeps us feeling powerless and stuck in routines that no longer serve us.
At times it feels as though the wheels are coming off in our life, and we are heading for disaster. It seems nothing that we touch will be easy and hassle free.
First stop, breathe, and look at what is on the table. There will be a thread running through all of them. It could be challenging your self-confidence, your focus, your compassion. Sometimes we feel that we are being diminished, so-called power structures that limit our dreams. Find the thread.
Then ask yourself, are you fighting with force, or are you moving forward in power? It might be time to be clever instead of tougher. And how can you be more clever? Look at what you can change in yourself.
That change will bring growth. It is time to believe in yourself, to stay focused on your dream and not to get distracted. It might be time to find love within and be okay with being vulnerable some times.
Often, that what we resist is our golden key to walk through the door to an even greater life and opportunities. It is only through our resistance that we stay anchored in our limitations.
Are you ready to grow? Are you ready to take charge of your life? Are you ready to work more clever instead of harder?
