Our emotions stem from our beliefs and internal dialogue as a result of past experiences. Those events were opportunities for us to learn and to find our own strength and power. To discover and grow our self-love, self-respect, and self-value.
We live our lives from the inside out. What we feel inside will show up for us in our daily life. Is it not wonderful that you can decide today to change it all?
