When Anger Becomes a Habit
Many people believe their anger simply “happens”.

Do you know for a fact what will happen within an hour? How about tomorrow? Do you know with certainty how the meeting will turn out? What the results will be from the lab?
In every scenario of our life, there are too many variables for us to know with certainty what the outcome will be.
How do we work with this? Choose the most likely outcome you desire and place your focus on it. Tomorrow is like a blank canvas. When you wake, you get to select the colours and the brushes. And then, you have the privilege of choosing the scene you desire to paint.
It is your beliefs that you must master. The beliefs trigger the thoughts and the thoughts dictate your behaviour. If you believe that you are not good enough or that you are a victim, your canvas will reveal that scene for you.
Work on your beliefs and choose the most beautiful scene you could image. Magic is within your reach, you must only choose it.
As you wake tomorrow, what will you decide your picture will look like? Now go out an live that.
