When Anger Becomes a Habit
Many people believe their anger simply “happens”.

Anxiety creates havoc within because you are fearing tomorrow. We often project the worst outcomes in our auto-pilot state about the future. We create a false fear of what might be.

Some problems are great lessons. Some problems are confirmation of how far we have come. That is it.
Will you prepare for tomorrow today, by deciding to live your life in this moment?
