When Anger Becomes a Habit
Many people believe their anger simply “happens”.

Every person reaches a stage in their life where they question the meaning of all of this. This life we are busy with. Is this all there is to it? Who am I? Why am I here? Surely life is not all doom, punishment, and sorrow with brief moments of love, fun, and happiness.
What we often lose during our experiences is the true self. Feeling alive in this body. Not being only the title of a spouse, child, parent, friend, employer, employee, etc. We view our life as successful or a failure through the lenses of what those "titles" mean to us.
What happened to the abundant joy we experienced as a child? The expectation of great things to come? The anticipation of today and what it might hold?
What happened to us being alive in this moment?
Are you ready to be brave? Will you let go of your assumptions of what life should be according to social expectations, punishing yourself for being different, not answering that deep core calling?
If today was your last day, can you truly say that you lived and that you were alive in every moment? Will you be brave now?
