Is Your Focus Fueling the Problem?
Where we place our focus shapes our reality.
On a physical level we are all similar - two arms and 2 legs, two eyes and a mouth, etc. We all have emotions of love, happiness, joy, fear, etc. We all have life experiences that bring lessons - for us to choose to learn the positive or live in the negative in the fall out of the lesson.
You are unique in every other aspect. How you combine your lessons. How you express your personal growth. The ratio with which you combine love and compassion, acceptance and confidence. Your personal expression is unique to you.
Embrace that uniqueness. Embrace your expression of who you are, how you view life, and your enjoyment of being here now. Every time we are authentic to our own, wonderful, amazing, true self, we become an example and a motivation for others to do the same.
Imagine how dull and boring life would have been if we were all the same? If we all liked everything the same as everyone else? Imagine how stagnant all of this world would have become - the same as yesterday and the same as next year.
Change is part of the discovery of the unique and authentic you. Embrace that. Experience the journey. Envelope yourself in love and acceptance. Be grateful that you are here to live it.
