When Empathy Meets Manipulation
The Narcissist will choose the Empath because they instinctively know the Empath will become the Enabler.
Why do we experience problems in our life? Because we believe we are not good enough, we believe things will never work out for us, we believe that life is hard. These are all stories we tell ourselves about ourselves and how we want to experience life. No matter that we truly want the outcome different - when your belief states that you are living in a world where living is difficult, that is the experience you will have.
There is no judgement on the decision that was made - it is only a decision that no longer serves you. What has happened is that this belief has become part of your neurology. Depending on how often you activate that belief, that "highway" of thought will be wide and instant.
Find the belief that brings the problem. Eliminate that belief and replace it with an empowering belief, befitting the resourceful, amazing person you are, and you will discover that the problem is no longer a problem.
We view life from our belief system. You have the right to change what does not serve you. So why are you waiting? Fear tells you that you are short-selling yourself. So why are you waiting? Become aware of the recurring stories: same-old-same-old. Own the limitation so you can change the limitation. Feel into your heart what makes you excited, and build a new roadmap for your world.

As a leader, you are the tone setter.
