When Anger Becomes a Habit
Many people believe their anger simply “happens”.
For things to change, we must start within and know ourselves.
It's both concerning and sad to discover how many people have "lost" themselves during their lives. I remember how a little "flame" started to awaken within me again after my divorce, and how I slowly started to recognise the true me before I had decided to conform. I have stopped saying, "Something has to change," because I became the change.
If you don’t acknowledge the true you, you are not following your “heart song”, and you feel trapped in a performance routine, how do you know what you want to be changed? You deeply and truly are yearning for change, but the change you seek is the change that will honour the true you.
Embrace inner peace and authenticity. Be bold in recognising your true self and committed to pursuing your dreams without hesitation.
