How to Heal Anger and Find Calm

The filters through which you view your world will determine where your focus goes. If you view the world as a dangerous and scary place, filled with people who are out to get you, this is the world you will “work against”.
When you believe in your dreams, goals, and yourself, you view the world from a perspective of inspiration. Even when you find obstacles along your path, you will be motivated by the opportunities to find solutions. Confident people know their strengths and weaknesses. They are motivated to gain the necessary skills and knowledge and are not intimidated by the success of others, but rather are inspired to improve on it. It all starts with you. Are you ready for your success or do you fear it?
Always remember to be kind to yourself.
