13 Days to Christmas: Plan of Action - Speak ...
Sit down with your “home” family and discuss what each one of you would like to experience during the holidays.

Leadership requires vision, strategy, and planning - but when planning turns into endless overthinking, it becomes a roadblock. How often do you find yourself stuck in analysis, going over the same options, fearing a wrong move?
Bruce Lee’s words remind us: “If you spend too much time thinking about a thing, you’ll never get it done.”
Overthinking doesn’t lead to better decisions - it leads to indecision. And indecision creates hesitation, missed opportunities, and a team that lacks direction.
So, what does informed action look like?
• Trusting your knowledge and experience- -understanding that no decision is ever made with complete certainty. Believing that you are good enough
• Recognizing when fear is holding you back - stepping beyond the need for perfection and allowing progress. Recognising the limiting stories you tell yourself
• Being adaptable - knowing that every decision brings learning and growth, not just an outcome. Change is not a failure, it is only a different option
• Leading with clarity - providing your team with direction, confidence, and momentum. Knowing your vision and having confidence to create that within your team.
It’s not about rushing decisions - it’s about moving forward with awareness. The most impactful leaders aren’t the ones who avoid mistakes; they’re the ones who make decisions, learn from them, and keep growing.
What’s one step you can take today toward decisive leadership?
Always remember to be kind to yourself.
