What is Integrity?

"The supreme quality for leadership is unquestionable integrity." - Dwight D. Eisenhower

Integrity is not only about how you act outwardly - it begins with how honest you are with yourself.

Too many leaders lie to themselves about their limitations. They downplay their vision, shrink their strengths, and hide their true desires behind the fear of failure. But integrity calls for authenticity - to stop pretending, to stop compromising who you are, and to lead from your truth.

Integrity to self is your responsibility. It means owning your power, facing your fears, and aligning your actions with who you really are.

When you lead with authenticity, you not only inspire others to trust you - you inspire yourself to rise.
