Work Towards Your Goal, Not Away From Failure

Work towards your goal, not away from failure.

We are all excited and inspired when we set goals for our business.

We dream about where we want to go, imagine the success, and then set off full steam ahead.

Unfortunately, somewhere along the way, we can become so focused on what might go wrong that we take our eyes off where we are going.

Think about driving a car or riding a bicycle:

When you don't look where you are going, you are heading for an accident.

So, when you dream about your goal and the rewards that success will bring, ask yourself:

Can you step into the joy of it like a child?

Can you feel the excitement of what you are creating?

Or are you constantly preparing for the worst?

Yes, as I said before, challenges are guaranteed.

But challenges happen for you.

When you keep your focus on where you are going, you begin to understand that the challenges along the way are not signs that you should turn back.

They are opportunities for growth.

Every challenge can teach you something, strengthen you, expand your abilities and prepare you to enjoy the ultimate outcome.

So keep your eyes on the goal.

Work towards your success - not away from your fear of failure.

Know what you want.

Believe you can have it.

Keep moving towards it.
