Rotary Club of Stanford - August 2024 Newslet...
In the August 2024 edition of our newsletter, we’re thrilled to share the completion of the Recreation Room at the Koshuis!
As the festive season approaches, many families in our community face challenges with high food costs and unemployment. To help, the Rotary Club of Stanford is organizing the Hampers of Love campaign to provide much-needed support to around 280 households, including the elderly, sick, and vulnerable.
Each hamper costs R300 and contains essential food items and small treats to bring a little joy during this special time. The hampers will be packed and distributed in Stanford on 19th December 2024, ensuring that no one is left without a reason to smile this Christmas.
