The Rotary Club of Stanford is spreading joy this Christmas by providing essential food hampers to vulnerable families in our community.
The Rotary Club of Stanford has been busy making a difference in the community!
• Hampers of Love – 300 people received food parcels to help over the holidays.
• Early Learning Support – Backpacks with stationery were given to home-based educators.
• School Supplies – R22,000 worth of stationery was provided to St Paul’s, Die Bron, and Okkie Smuts schools.
• Water Tank Donation – A tank was installed at The Learning Tree After School Center.
• Sports Support – New netballs were given to the Stanford Netball Team, bringing more players back to the court.
• Fixing Wandelpad Signs – Information boards along the trail were updated.
• Helping Those in Need – A new wheelchair was donated, giving Katrina the freedom to move around again.
With prices going up, Rotary is working hard to support soup kitchens, schools, and those who need help. Donations are always welcome!
