Join us for a 4-day Women’s Retreat over the Women’s Day weekend, within the exquisite natural sanctuary of Bodhi Khaya. Guided by Julie Grant and Olivia Moon, this transformational all-women weekend will help you connect with your most authentic self through empowering practices, tools, and teachings, activating you on a mind, body and soul level. 

What if your purpose in life was just to be who you are? Beyond your conditioning, beyond your masks, beyond your ego identity? Aligning with your authentic self is the path to your greatest joy and fulfilment. Yet most of us are operating from a conditioned view of who we ‘should be’, held up by others’ expectations of us. As women, we may play many roles and wear many hats, often disconnecting us with who we are at our essence. Letting go of identifying with these labels allows us to come back to our authentic self, and when we show up as her, we give all those in our lives permission to do the same. It’s time to fully show up in your life as the unique being that you are.

Julie Grant

Julie Grant facilitates heart-led, integrated practices that help create safety in the body, mind, and spirit. She believes “healing” is a process of creating enough space to remember who we are beneath our conditioned responses and fears. With years of experience and study in the fields of yoga, psychology, kinesiology, and sound healing, she brings a multi-disciplinary approach to the offerings she creates and believes that integration of the seemingly separate parts of us is the path to greater well-being.

Olivia Moon

Olivia is a certified Holistic Coach, Yoga & Breathwork Teacher, and Retreat Facilitator. With a unique blend of neuroscientific coaching, breathwork, somatics, and spirituality, she offers a mind-body-soul approach to transformation. Olivia has supported numerous women in aligning with their true selves, reconnecting to their intuition, cultivating self-love, and breaking free from self-sabotage. Through her guidance, clients experience a profound sense of well-being and learn to live in harmony with the flow of life. Olivia recognizes the power of breath as a bridge between the spiritual and physical realms, allowing individuals to tap into their authentic essence and express their true potential.
