"I spent a week in Gansbaai. Of course, I immediately looked for a gym. My Airbnb host told me to check out Boss Fit. I went and received a warm welcome on arrival. Jaco is a very nice guy. He started the gym a while back. It's a small and simple gym but has everything you need to have a good workout. Dumbbells up to 40kg+, barbell plus enough weights, and proper machines like hack squat, ham curl, etc. All the machines work and the gym is clean. They also do small group classes. The trainers are very friendly. Jaco is very hospitable and even gave me a free T-shirt when I left on the last day. I enjoyed working out there and will come back when I visit Gansbaai in the future.”
