While we were all hard at work prepping and preparing for PCA last weekend, our dear friend Jan stepped up and kept an eye on the gym for us. 
He made such a good impression with the members with his friendly face & willingness to help, that we decided to make him part of the team. Please do not hesitate to ask Jan for guidance and assistance while at the gym.

Jan Otto, 33 years and an old born and bred Gansbaaier, has been in the gym for many years, but recently discovered his passion for fitness.

Jan will assist in the gym, instruct group classes, and be available as a one-on-one weight training and cardio instructor. Feel free to ask him for help and training advice.
