I’m incredibly proud of the trophies I’ve won this year, but I can’t take all the credit. YES, I put in the hard work - training 7 days a week, often with multiple sessions a day, and saying no to every dessert and meal that most people enjoy. Even during special occasions like birthdays and Father’s Day, I had to stick to my strict diet.
A HUGE part of my success is thanks to my friend and trainer, Alex Kriel. Since we started working together in 2022, Alex has been there every step of the way - guiding me, sharing his knowledge, and supporting me through early mornings and late nights.
