You are kindly invited to attend the General Annual Meeting of Franskraal Buurtwag.
The Franskraal Buurtwag management extends warm wishes for a Blessed Christmas filled with love and peace. They also wish everyone a prosperous 2025 and good health. Special thoughts go out to those who have lost loved ones this year.
The Buurtwag thanks all patrol members for their dedicated service during challenging conditions. Their visible policing has contributed to keeping crime rates low. However, more patrol volunteers are urgently needed. If you’re interested, please contact the office.
• Patrol Anniversary: The Buurtwag celebrated its 9th year on 15 October 2024.
• August Projects: Ten dog kennels were painted and donated to BARC.
• September Projects: The office was refurbished and cleaned.
• October Update: A new security camera was installed as part of a trial. Several members donated additional cameras to support future installations.
• Ensure homes are secure, and outside lights are on at night.
• Be vigilant during the festive season as crime increases in holiday towns.
• Drive cautiously to protect wildlife like pheasants, plovers, and turtles.
