Group of boys aged 8 - 47 hilarious no difference in mentality all there just to let loose on the street feel the rhythm of the beat under their feet.

We fall so hard that our thoughts get changed MANUALLY, protective gear only protects so much...

With extreme sports come an extreme training and perseverance.

Skateboarding teaches how to overcome pain, as well as constantly moving bringing the mind closer to the constant of change, every discipline takes hours, days, and months to accomplish.

Every sequence of tricks displayed has taken years to perfect and honestly allot of screaming, shouting and pulling our hair out, but we push through, we walk off the pain just to do it again until that magical moment when skater and board become one... BMXer stays one with BMX...

This Legend sadly passed away, Gansbaai had many greats (Drew Duvie & Gary Hubie (BIG WAVE surfers), Grant & Gert (body boarded these monsters), Glynn, Lance even Zelda was part of the team.) We kept to ourselves enjoying adrenalin pumped fun and ALL long before all our fancy cameras and equipment. Only in the memory of those present.

This little fishing town called Gansbaai has some real street skaters, ramp skaters, long board riders.

Roller blades and scooters are up and coming. Kids love them and it is good positive fun.

The cry for an adventure park out of the way but under the noses of the parents is eminent.

We bring forth a teaching skateboarding the basics, the knowledge and wisdom held between the skateboarders who represent the Original Gansbaai Skaters is more than enough to produce a VISVOET South African CHAMP

I personally have skated since 1989 on and off, I have skated in the company of world champions.

The talent we have in Gansbaai is raw, but with the right interest and input from us the older generations skaters it will literally come to fruition in front of our eyes.

As we have approached the municipality to aid and assist. Honestly, we have been well received just by being heard is more than enough acknowledgment that we have a suggested proposal.

We are all so excited.

We appeal to parents and people interested in an adventure park area being allocated and ONE serious proposal to keep our younger generation fit, focused and having fun.
