Our Cape Whale Coast mascot, Wendy the Southern Right Whale, will be setting of on an epic road trip exploring all our Cape Whale Coast region has to offer.

However, she needs the help of locals to assist her.

We are looking to showcase the best of our region, and who better to do this than a select group of our own homegrown bloggers and photo bloggers!

We are looking for creative, smart phone wielding, computer literate Overberg enthusiasts to capture the very best of our CWC towns.

Stretching from Kleinmond to Gansbaai CWC will be launching an exciting online campaign on 1 May and we want to know if you are up for the challenge!

The prize:
An ultimate 4 day – jam packed – fun filled – side popping adventure with food, wine, activities, sight seeing and everything else it means to be a tourist in your own back yard, plus the title of CWC Homegrown Blogger!

What do you have to do?
We are looking for bloggers to contribute theme-related pieces about each of our towns. These can be written pieces, photo journeys or even inspirational pieces based on the area - if you want to bake a Penguin Cake after visiting Betty's Bay & then blog about it, go for it!

Each week your piece will be posted together with other elements of our campaign – the piece with the most LIKES and shares at the end of the 16 week campaign ---- WINS!

To be selected as part of our 2014 homegrown blogger team – submit a motivational paragraph to us before APRIL 18th, along with a link to your blog/website/online profiles where applicable.
