Whale Coast Weekend Events: 18 - 22 June 2025
Looking for something fun to do? From markets and music to workshops and walks, here’s what’s happening this week across the Whale Coast.
Overstrand Municipality's Socio-Economic Department, in partnership with the Grootbos Foundation, is offering an incredible opportunity for entrepreneurs who want to start their own small business or expand an existing one.
This time, the focus is on people from Stanford, Gansbaai, Pearly Beach, Buffeljags, and Elim.
The workshop will cover the basics of entrepreneurship, budgeting, and marketing, and will conclude with an opportunity to pitch your small business to a panel for funding to either start or expand your business. Business mentorship is also included in this opportunity.
Applications close on 21 February 2025.
Application forms can be completed here.
