The workshop will deal with the following:

  • Understanding deaf culture.
  • Understanding the do's and dont's for a deaf person.
  • Understanding the needs of a deaf person.
  • How to communicate with a deaf person.
  • Basic introduction to sign language.
  • Available resources.
