Our parting shot this week is of the fiscal flycatcher babies that were born a week ago in a nest just outside our office.

Check out the colourful wild array of fynbos botanicals photographed at our bioblitz survey on-site at a member of the Walker Bay Fynbos Conservancy. This land is privately owned and is particularly significant for connectivity in the wild landscape.
The more landowners join the conservancy or commit to conservation targets, the closer we all get to establishing safe, protected green corridors for nature. Lasting conservation efforts are built on the buy-in of local communities, private landowners, and the public sector. Let's work together to keep our environment safe and beautiful!
