Let's tune into nature's chorus! Take a drive towards Elim and you'll hear quite the concert - Clicking Stream Frogs, Banded Stream Frogs, and the odd Southern Caco croaking away. This roadside spectacle is just a taste of the lively scene in Elim, where a small piece of special fynbos called Elim ferricrete is bursting with life.

In the midst of this natural beauty, our Herpetology Researcher spotted something rare and endangered - Erica regia, or Elim heath. It's a delicate flower with a story to tell, showing us why it's so important to look after our natural world.
