Hospitality Students Begin Practical Training at Grootbos Lodge

Our Hospitality Students have embarked on Week 1 of their intensive 4-week practical training at Grootbos Lodge. This marks a significant milestone in their journey towards mastering the hospitality sector and preparing for a successful career path!

During this immersive experience, each student is paired with a dedicated mentor from the permanent staff at Grootbos Lodge. This one-on-one mentorship ensures personalized guidance and support, fostering a deeper understanding of the industry's nuances and best practices.

Moreover, the students are gaining invaluable insights through evening-shift responsibilities, recognizing the importance of every detail in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

At Grootbos Foundation, we are immensely proud of our students and grateful to Grootbos Lodge for providing this enriching opportunity. Stay tuned as we follow their progress and celebrate their achievements throughout this transformative experience!
