During this immersive experience, each student is paired with a dedicated mentor from the permanent staff at Grootbos Lodge. This one-on-one mentorship ensures personalized guidance and support, fostering a deeper understanding of the industry's nuances and best practices.
Moreover, the students are gaining invaluable insights through evening-shift responsibilities, recognizing the importance of every detail in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
