Fiscal Flycatcher Babies Thrive
Our parting shot this week is of the fiscal flycatcher babies that were born a week ago in a nest just outside our office.

Meet Zimasa, the heart and soul of Masakhane Hub nestled in the heart of Masakhane village. Every afternoon, children gather here to diligently tackle their homework and access the internet for their studies. Beyond academics, the hub serves as a beacon of community empowerment and innovation.
One of the hub's highlights is its thriving vegetable garden, demonstrating how food can be grown anywhere. This green oasis not only provides fresh produce but also serves as a space for meetings, mentorship sessions, and community gatherings.
Zimasa's hard work bore fruit - literally! She proudly harvested a bounty of potatoes from the garden, a testament to her dedication and the hub's commitment to sustainability and self-sufficiency.
