Fiscal Flycatcher Babies Thrive
Our parting shot this week is of the fiscal flycatcher babies that were born a week ago in a nest just outside our office.
The Grootbos Foundation recently held an impactful Employability Workshop attended by 35 eager participants. The workshop featured real-life, real-time training designed to equip attendees with the essential skills needed to enter the workforce confidently.
A significant challenge for many first-time job seekers is securing workplace experience to learn the ropes and obtain a valuable reference letter for future opportunities. This workshop addressed this gap by providing hands-on training and practical advice, ensuring participants are well-prepared to take their first steps into the professional world.
We are proud to support these individuals on their journey to employment and look forward to seeing their future successes!
