Last week, our Horticulture students had the opportunity to embark on an inspiring field trip to Stellenbosch, where they toured the beautiful Old Nectar Gardens in Jonkershoek.
The resident manager shared his extensive knowledge of landscaping, pruning, seed saving, and propagation. Our students eagerly absorbed every tip and piece of wisdom, learning the importance of always planning ahead for the approaching season.
